Free shipping details

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $100 or more weighing up to 4.5 lb.

Orders over 4.5 lb and select oversized items are subject to carrier-calculated shipping at checkout.

Expedited shipping is not included. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.

14-day returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Email shop@25thandnoel.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Approved refunds go to your original payment method.

Final-sale items, personalized or made-to-order items, and gift cards are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Items damaged in transit are handled under our safe-arrival guarantee.

Safe-arrival guarantee

If an item breaks in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost after reviewing your damage claim. If it is sold out, we’ll refund the affected item instead.

Email shop@25thandnoel.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, affected item and quantity, and these 3 required photos:

1. A clear close-up of the damage.
2. The complete damaged item or items with the inner packaging.
3. The outer shipping box with its shipping label visible.

For multiple damaged items, add photos as needed to show each item. Keep the packaging until we respond, if safe to do so. Do not handle sharp fragments or return broken items unless we provide instructions.

We cover standard replacement shipping and any return we request. This guarantee covers transit damage, not breakage after delivery or normal decorative variations. Your applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
