We’re committed to getting your holiday treasures delivered with care and as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about our shipping timelines, tracking, delivery options, and support.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.

  • During peak holiday periods, please allow up to 3–4 business days for your order to ship due to increased volume.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3–6 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping options are available and vary by carrier/location. Estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery timeframes begin after your order has shipped, not at the time of order placement.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and link to follow your package’s journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active once your order has been scanned by the carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method selected.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • First, check with neighbors or building management.

  • Then, contact the shipping carrier for more details.

For packages delayed in transit beyond the expected timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before reaching out, especially during the holiday season.


Holiday Shipping Notice

During November and December, carrier delays may occur due to high seasonal volume. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. We do our best to process all orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once your package is in transit.
