Refund policy

25th and Noel Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your holiday finds from 25th and Noel. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of your order being marked as delivered.

  • Items must be:

    • In new, unused condition

    • Returned in the original packaging (including tags, boxes, or wrapping if applicable)

    • Free of signs of use, wear, or damage

We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet these conditions.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at 25thandnoel@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief explanation for the return

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps and return shipping instructions.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Exchanges

Need a different item? No problem.

  • To begin an exchange, email us at 25thandnoel@gmail.com and let us know what you’d like to swap your item for.

  • If the replacement item is in stock, we’ll hold it for you while your original item is in transit.

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll ship the new item at no additional cost.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of return postage.

  • We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at 25thandnoel@gmail.com with:

  • Photos of the damage or error

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards
