Holiday shopping-credit offer — full terms
Offer and qualifying spend. This promotion applies to your first qualifying online order placed with 25th and Noel while the offer is advertised. All thresholds and credit values are in USD. Qualifying spend is the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding gift-card purchases, tax, and shipping. Orders cannot be combined. One credit per customer during this promotion, awarded at the highest qualifying tier.
Earn and redeem. Spend $100–$174.99 to earn $10 off a future eligible merchandise purchase of $60 or more; spend $175–$249.99 to earn $20 off $100 or more; spend $250 or more to earn $30 off $150 or more. The future-order minimum is measured after product discounts but before this promotional credit, tax, and shipping, and excludes gift-card purchases.
Delivery and expiry. Your personal, single-use discount code is emailed to the address used at checkout once your qualifying order has fully shipped. The code is valid for 30 days from issue. Your email will state the exact expiry date and time. An incorrect or inaccessible checkout email may prevent delivery; contact us if you need assistance.
How to use it. Enter the code in the discount-code field at checkout at 25thandnoel.com on a future order, using the same email address as the qualifying purchase. This is a promotional discount, not a purchased gift card or account balance. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, applied to an earlier order, or used to buy gift cards or pay tax or shipping. One use on one order; any unused promotional value is forfeited, except where required by law. Codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or automatic merchandise discounts. Qualifying standard free shipping remains available separately.
Cancellations and returns on the qualifying order. If a cancellation or return reduces your eligible spend before the credit is issued, we will calculate the credit from the remaining eligible spend. If the credit is unused, we may cancel it or replace it with the lower qualifying tier, keeping the original expiry. No credit remains if eligible spend falls below $100. If the code has already been redeemed, we will not deduct its value from your qualifying-order refund.
Returns on the redemption order. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned items after the promotional discount. A redeemed code is not reissued following a return. If we cancel the entire redemption order before shipment, or a replacement code is needed because of our error, we will reissue the credit with at least its original remaining validity. Our normal return eligibility rules apply. This promotion does not limit your applicable consumer rights.
